How it is made
Media is cut by die, laser or waterjet, then rimmed, spot-welded into packs, rolled and seam-welded into tubes, mounted in frames or welded to end caps and fittings, and finally cleaned and inspected.

Discs, packs, cartridges, strainers, framed screens and sieves from a few millimeters to over 1.5 m.

Each joint must seal — edge bypass is the most common failure.
