Our Factory

From Raw Wire to Finished Mesh

Our factory produces woven wire mesh, perforated and expanded metal, welded and knitted mesh, sintered media, wedge wire screens, filter discs, cartridges and related filtration hardware. Production is organized around stable processes, consistent apertures and dependable batch-to-batch quality.

Weaving, perforating, expanding, welding, sintering, pleating, edge finishing, inspection and packing are coordinated to meet the requirements of each drawing, standard and application. Standard products and custom elements can be supplied across a wide range of mesh counts, micron ratings, materials and finishes.

Materials

304 and 316L stainless, brass, copper, Monel, Inconel, galvanized and low-carbon steel selected for the intended service.

Finishing & Cleaning

Corrosion protection and cleanliness are controlled through electro-polishing, ultrasonic cleaning and suitable coatings.

Inspection

Aperture, micron rating, wire diameter, open area, weave and appearance are checked according to the product specification.

We supply products to widely used ISO, DIN, ASTM/ASME, EN and other industrial standards. When a standard item does not fit the application, our team can review drawings, samples and technical requirements for custom production.
