Vibro Sifter Screen is used for grading and de-lumping powders and granules on round vibratory sifters with tensioned stainless mesh screens in sanitary gasketed frames. GMP is the reference cited for it on drawings, datasheets and purchase orders.

Where the standard sets requirements for the finished appliance, device or system, compliance testing of that assembly stays with its manufacturer; we supply the metal mesh part to the drawing and can provide material certificates and dimensional reports with the shipment.

Specifying Vibro Sifter Screen Beyond the Standard
- Machine size: 20, 30, 36 or 48 in frame matched to the sifter make.
- Mesh: 10–200 mesh; 316L cloth with a test certificate for GMP batches.
- Frame & seal: Gasketed SS316L ring or tension ring, with silicone or EPDM gasket.
When Vibro Sifter Screen Is Not the Right Choice
Not an air-jet or laboratory test sieve for particle-size reporting.
